Shipping Policy

Getting your order ready
Once you place your order, we'll pack it with care and dispatch it within 3-7 business days. You'll get a confirmation email right away, and a tracking number as soon as it's on its way.

When it will arrive
Your package should reach you in 14-30 business days after dispatch. Delivery can vary a little depending on your location, carrier, customs, and busy seasons, so thank you for your patience!

Free shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders, so there are never any surprises at checkout.

Where we deliver
We ship to most countries worldwide. If we can't deliver to your address, we'll reach out and arrange a refund or alternative for you.

Following your parcel
Use the tracking link in your email to see where your order is. Tracking can take 2-5 days to update after dispatch.

More than one item?
Your items may arrive in separate packages on different days. No extra charge, we promise!

Customs and import fees
International orders may have duties or taxes set by your country. These aren't included in our prices and are the buyer's responsibility.

Double-check your address
Please make sure your address is correct at checkout. If it needs a change, contact us before your order ships and we'll happily update it.

If something goes wrong
If your order hasn't arrived within 35 days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, please contact us through our Contact page or reply to your order confirmation email with your order number (and photos if damaged). We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
